General shipping information:

Shipping of the goods is possible to the countries listed below:  

Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary
Except: the Canary Islands of Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Tenerife, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro.

Unfortunately, deliveries to hotel addresses are not possible.

Shipping is via DHL in Germany and the EU, to the Netherlands and Belgium we ship with DHL Parcel Nederlands. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DHL. You can find the respective shipping costs below.

We are also happy to offer you DHL Express shipping for faster delivery. However, depending on the remoteness of the place of residence, delivery may take longer. Please note that delays may occur due to public holidays and certain delivery conditions of some medicines (e.g. Helixor or abnobaVISCUM). Please contact us in case of doubt.

For items sent in a cool box, we charge a flat rate of 2,50 €.

- 5,00 € shipping costs for order value under 50,00 €
- from an order value of 50,00 € the order is free of shipping costs.

Netherlands, Belgium:
- 7,00 € DHL Nederland 7,00 € , Post NL Exclusiv 15,00€ shipping costs for orders under 150,00 €
- from an order value of 150 € the order is free of shipping costs

Austria, Poland and Romania:
- 10,00 € shipping costs for order values below 150,00 €
- from an order value of 150 € the order is free of shipping costs

All other EU countries, if listed:
- 15,00 € shipping costs for orders under 150,00 €
- from an order value of 150 € the order is free of shipping costs

For Europe-wide DHL EXPRESS shipping, we charge a flat rate of 40 €.

For items shipped in a cool box, we charge a flat rate of 2,50 €.


Note for shipments abroad:

The listed shipping costs refer to non-bulky shipments up to a weight of 5 kg.

Delivery time at arzneiprivat:

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days within Germany and the Netherlands, the delivery time to the other EU countries is usually between 3-6 working days and depends on the availability in the destination country.
We will be happy to give you more information personally.

You will receive a shipping notification with the tracking code of our shipping service provider.

Payment methods:

Use one of the many payment options when shopping with us. Payment can be done made in advance, PayPal, credit card, invoice or Sepa direct debit, or by cash payment if you collect the goods yourself

You must always be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception: guest access)

What you should know:

• Since 01.01.2004, the mail order and home delivery of prescription medicines has been possible in Germany under legal requirements.
• The possibility of shipping prescription medicines to customers outside Germany depends on the laws of the respective country
• The prices for prescription medicines and prescription charges are prescribed by law. Discounting is not permitted.
• Dispatch will only take place once we have received the original prescription from the prescribing doctor.
• If home delivery is possible and requested by you, please have the prescription ready for collection.
• After receipt of the prescription, dispatch usually takes place within 2 days. In exceptional cases we will notify you.
• Please note that with the selected payment method prepayment, the shipment takes place after receipt of payment.

The following medicines cannot be sent:
