Here you will find all the important information on shipping, shipping costs, delivery times and various payment options.

We do not ship orders outside the EU!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We charge a flat rate of € 2,50 for shipments sent in a cool box.

For Europe-wide DHL EXPRESS shipping, we charge a flat rate of € 25. Within Germany, the express shipping price is € 15.

Exceptions: the Canary Islands Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Tenerife, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro

Unfortunately, deliveries to hotel addresses are not possible.

The listed shipping costs refer to non-bulky shipments up to a weight of 5 kg.

You will receive a dispatch notification from us with the tracking code of our shipping service provider.

Courier delivery is available for the postcode area 46446.
Delivery in this postcode area is free of charge.

General dispatch information:

We ship via DHL in Germany and the EU. We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium with DHL Parcel Nederlands. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DHL. You can find the shipping costs below.

We are also happy to offer you DHL Express shipping for faster delivery. However, depending on the remoteness of your place of residence, delivery may take longer. Please note that there may be delays due to public holidays and certain delivery conditions for some medicines (e.g. Helixor or abnobaVISCUM). Please contact us in case of doubt.

For deliveries to Belgium:
As a German mail-order pharmacy, we are subject to the regulations according to §11a of the German Pharmacy Act for the dispatch of medicines and for this reason may only offer personal delivery and not to a parcel shop.

"1. the dispatched medicinal product is delivered to the person notified to the pharmacy by the person placing the order. 2. this specification may in particular include delivery to a named natural person or a named group of persons,"

Payment methods:

Use one of the numerous payment options when shopping with us. Payment can be made by prepayment, PayPal, credit card, invoice, Sepa direct debit or cash on collection.

PayPal / instant bank transfer:
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal and the provider Sofort GmbH.
You must always be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception: guest access).
You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to offer purchase on account for registered customers from a second order for Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. (For customers from other countries, this is currently only possible after consultation)

What you should know:

• Since 1 January 2004, mail order and home delivery of prescription medicines has been possible in Germany under legal conditions.
• The possibility of shipping prescription medicines to customers outside Germany depends on the laws of the respective country
• The prices for prescription drugs and prescription charges are prescribed by law. Discounting is not permitted.
• Dispatch will only take place once we have received the original prescription from your prescribing doctor.
• If home delivery is possible and has been requested by you, please have the prescription ready for collection.
• Once the prescription has been received, dispatch usually takes place within 2 days. In exceptional cases we will notify you.
• Please note that if you choose the payment method prepayment, the dispatch takes place after receipt of payment by us.

The following medicines cannot be dispatched:

• Narcotics.
• Medicines that need to be transported under refrigeration.
• Medicines that are particularly sensitive to transport.
• Medicinal products that are considered hazardous substances for transport.
• Veterinary medicinal products for food-producing animals.
