Our pharmacy consists of a team of 26 employees who are personally committed to delivering your order in order to get the highest possible benefit for you. We know most customers personally from telephone conversations, and special questions are answered personally by the pharmacy manager.
Quality - All our products meet the highest standards in Germany. We are an officially registered pharmacy with the DIMDI and have certification that we are a pharmacy that legally sells medicines and drugs online.
Safety - Our products come from certified suppliers, our pharmacy has tradition and meets all requirements of European and German laws.

Who we are?
arzneiprivat is the online pharmacy of the Sonnen-Apotheke from Emmerich. Our pharmacy is run by the 4th generation of the Blümlein family. The owner Ingo Blümlein is a pharmacist with heart and soul, with specialist training in naturopathy and homeopathy.

With our trained specialist staff such as a pharmacist for naturopathy and homeopathy and our beautician Linda Oimann, we stand for natural remedies and natural cosmetics from Dr. Hauschka at a good price and appropriate consultation.

What are our shipping conditions?
Shipping costs and information
You can choose to collect your order from our premises in Emmerich. For the postcode area 46446, delivery by local express delivery can be selected. Delivery in this postcode area is free of charge.
General information on shipping:
Standard shipping is only available to the countries listed below:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands.
Shipping in Germany and the EU is done with DHL. In the Netherlands and to Belgium, shipping is via POST NL. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be by DHL. The respective shipping costs are listed below.
For items shipped in an insulated box, we charge a flat rate of 2.50 €.
We are also happy to offer you a "D+1" delivery with DHL Express. For this we charge a flat rate of 20 € within Germany and 40 € for the rest of the EU.
However, depending on how far away your place of residence is, delivery can take up to 2 days. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us.
- 5 € shipping for orders under 50 €.
- Free shipping for orders over 50 €.
- 7 € shipping for orders under 100 €, free shipping for orders over 100 €.
Austria, Poland and Romania:
- 10 € shipping costs for an order value below 100 €,
from an order value of 100 € the delivery is free of charge.
All other EU countries like France, Spain, Italy or Greece, if listed :
- 15 € shipping costs for an order value below 150 €,
from an order value of 150 € the delivery is free of charge.
For DHL express shipping throughout Europe we charge a flat rate of 40 €. Within Germany, the flat rate is 20 €.
For items shipped in an insulated box, we charge a flat rate of 2.50 €.
Notes for shipments abroad :
The stated shipping costs refer to non-bulky shipments up to a maximum weight of 5 kg
The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days to Germany and the Netherlands. The delivery time to other EU countries is usually 3 to 6 working days and depends on the availability in the destination country. We will be happy to inform you personally.
You will receive a shipping notification with the tracking code of our shipping service provider.
What do I need to know about the delivery?
On the day of your order, you will receive a notification from us and an e-mail from your chosen shipping service provider (DHL - express delivery or DHL - standard delivery) with the AWB code and the delivery address.
How are the products used?
All products ordered come from our pharmacy in Germany and have a package insert in German only. Contact us to get the instructions for use.
If the medicine you ordered is only available on prescription, use the medicine according to the prescribing doctor's instructions.

When you shop with us, use one of the many payment options.
Payment can be made by prepayment, PayPal, credit card, invoice or Sepa direct debit, or in cash when you collect the goods in our pharmacy.
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal.
You must be registered or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception, if applicable: guest access).
You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

What you should know:

• The possibility of sending prescription medicines to customers outside Germany depends on the laws of the respective country.
• The prices for prescription medicines and prescription charges are prescribed by law. Discounting is not permitted.
• Dispatch will only take place once we have received the original prescription from the prescribing doctor.
• If home delivery is possible and requested by you, please have the prescription ready for collection.
• Once we have received the prescription, it will usually be dispatched within 2 days. In exceptional cases we will notify you.
